"We ended up staying at their sister hotel “casa de Balan” so this review is about that property. Reception staff immediately helped to relocate us as a problem with the pool. We’ve both been ill & just wanted to relax by the pool a lot so this was really appreciated. Casa de Balan could do with a bit of renovation/repair but it is still a really charming hotel. "Overall, Suites Reforma provides an excellent value! The price was so low, it was amazing. The hotel gets high marks for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Best of all, the showers had plenty of hot water. They were excellent! But there was a lot of traffic noise from the street, and the hotel is very basic. It's great for one or two nights. But it is not a great place for a long stay."
