Staff were incredible as i was staying in another room the second night with friends who made another booking. The hotel offered to bring my bags into the room for me, and also gave me a free upgrade to move me closer to the second room. Mia was very helpful with all of this, and made the trip so easy. "

"My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal.
