"This property is one of a kind! We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the front desk who explained everything in great detail to us (how to add on breakfast, how to use the honesty bar, opening times for the front desk etc) and quickly checked us in. Our room was on the ground floor, situated by itself which added to the quiet luxury! It was spacious, clean and understated. The bathroom is huge! "From checking in at the bar you know that the quality of the room is going to be of a good standard as the pub itself is very nice modern but still classic feel of a country pub. Ate in the pub 1st night of the stay and food was a very standard and reasonably priced for the quality. "We liked where it was situated. Not right in town but only a short walk to restaurants,coffee shops and all the tourist sights. "

"The property was outstanding from the room & bed to the Wi-Fi and freshly cooked breakfast. Fresh slices of cake were placed in the room daily, which was a lovely personal touch. The room also had smart TV with Netflix available. The owner was amazing with his knowledge and tips for the tourist attractions, eating out and local sites to see. We had laundry washed, folded and put back in room for a small fee. Would highly recommend this property, I doubt you could find better. "
