The staff were super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, the hotel was immaculate and upon checking in we received a complimentary room upgrade, the restaurant food and service was amazing we will definitely be back we even had a cheeky swim in their lovely pool, perfect stay 10 out of 10 for us thank you "

"A great stay - comfy, stylish room, tidy and very clean (apart from a slightly discolored sink). Great breakfast, with a really good selection and efficient, friendly service throughout the stay. Liked touches like maple syrup dispenser - far less single us plastic than a normal hotel breakfast. Family room was great, as our daughter had her own space. Very much recommended."

"Can't rate this highly enough. All the staff were so friendly through out the entire stay. Perfect location. Stayed in Bath as was working for a few days, everything was walking distance. Room was functionally perfect, not the biggest, but doesnt need to be."

"Central position. Welcoming . Rooms comfortable although sink tap in room 301 was a little loose. A bath mat as routine would be helpful as opposed to a small notice saying they're available on request - only seen as getting into shower! All staff were smart and helpful. Dinner menu was extensive, meal well cooked and beautifully presented. Breakfast had a large range of items available but plates for the hot choices were cold and the food was only lukewarm. Disappointing after the standard of dinner. The included, free parking was a tremendous bonus. The hotel is worth a stay despite the above observations which could be easily and inexpensively rectified. "

"The Old Mill Hotel is beautifully located next to a river. The restaurant has riverside dinning over looking the fields beyond. The staff were very welcoming and made our stay that much more comfortable. We had a standard double room which was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend a stay here for countryside-feel 10 minutes from Bath city centre. "
