From check-in to check-out, every single staff member always greets you with a smile. Leonardo and Ivan at the beach were especially outstanding. Always checking in with you, helping you with drinks, food, chairs, towels, etc. The ability to text with the concierge makes for easy reservations at off-property dinner spots and other things you may need. Great communication....
