They have 2 pools, restaurant, plenty of clean bathrooms while your downstairs and no need to go to your room, a big lobby area where you can feel the breeze blowing through. I will always stay here. "My boyfriend and I visited the Hilton Riviera in Puerto Vallarta for the first time—and it definitely won’t be the last! From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were blown away. The first view of the pool and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. After a smooth check-in, we couldn’t wait to dive into the fascinating pool and soak up the sun on the beautiful beach. That evening, we ventured into town and had an amazing time exploring the local nightlife. When we returned to the hotel, we met Julio, the bellhop, who quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Julio was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering us fantastic suggestions for activities both in the area and at the hotel. Throughout our stay, he continued to go above and beyond to assist us—his guidance and friendly demeanor truly made our trip extra special. The hotel itself is stunning, with delightful restaurants and intriguing bars located throughout the property. There’s never a dull moment, as the hotel offers a wide variety of events and daily classes, keeping guests entertained and engaged. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and genuinely caring. Our room was perfect, with an astonishing view that we couldn’t get enough of. The amenities provided were top-notch and added to the overall luxury of our stay. "The property itself was excellent. Rooms were clean, mattress was comfortable, A/C worked always pumping cold no issues with it, balcony is a good addition, family friendly, pools were always clean, staff was on point, access to the beach is up against the property and it was quiet at 11pm. we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book there again. Ate at the Mexican restaurant once and never went back. Not complaining bc it was free but if had paid for lunch I would have been mad. Overall I would rate this hotel 5 stars "
