"This is a convenient and friendly hotel. Each floor has a unique design, but without compromising convenience for "creativity". The staff is iinvariably helpful and responsive - with both internal hotel matters and outside bookings and recommendations. Not in the very center of the city. Yet, the hotel is just a 15 mins trip from the airport and it has a short and easy public transport, walking and taxi connection to the central parts of Madrid, as well as to various parks and attractions...

If you’d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you don’t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldn’t love this place more! "

"Nos quedamos por segunda vez en el Meliá la primera en el cuarto superior y la segunda en el regular ya que no había en el superior las habitaciones son iguales solo que una remodelada y la otra no está nueva no funcionaba el teléfono del cuarto la puerta las llaves fallaron todas las veces que subimos!
