"This chalet was beautiful, and looks just like the photos. David and his wife were very attentive, welcoming and helpful, communicated with us with any questions before and after we’ve booked. The chalet is located about 5/10 minutes walk from the town where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also about a 20-30 min drive from Madrid City. Perfect location. My group and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this chalet and we would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid or Alcala de Henares....

"No information whatsoever about access to the property, NOT Contact details, NO , phone provided, NO nothing… I Did have to Sleep in the STREET !!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!… NEVER WILL USE ANY OF YOUR OUTRAGE SERVICE!!"
