"Staff are friendly and helpful especially the concierge. The hotel overall is clean. Our room was large as we got an upgrade. We were also offered late check out and the option to shower and change before our late flight in the hotel spa. Which was very accommodating. Molten Brown moisturizer and shower gel was nice in the bathroom, In general the hotel needs a spruce up. Walls need painting throughout and curtains need replacing or at least steaming. "Excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff greeting you everyday just walking down the hall and asking if you need anything. They go out of their way to not say no to your requests. The property is beautiful and very lively and it seems that many people from outside the hotel visit the pool and beach facilities. It is expensive for sure, but the quality is there."

"Busy hotel with all different walks of people staying there . Best suited for adults 25-40 . The room was nice and cleaned daily, breakfast was the same everyday but very good , half board option was good as well .. construction can be heard and seen from your room, and at the pool but nothing unbearable. All in all I would give my experience an 8/10"
