"The Randolph is ideally located in the centre of Oxford, with everything being in walkable distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The service, sadly, didn’t match the hotel’s offering. Many staff members came across as unwilling to help, and even tried moving our party from areas, having been told to sit there by other staff members."

"So wonderful I booked here for location I’m disabled and have stayed before so I new it had a lift unfortunately for me the lift was out of order so I struggled up the stairs to be told we had a family room witch was on the top how ever the manager sorted it all out with know fuss and gave us 2 rooms next to each other they couldn’t of done anything more to make our stay better thank you we will be back he even told us about how his mum decorated the rooms the sinks are amazing "

"We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in the exceptional Blenheim Suite! Cannot say enough good things, it was spacious yet cozy, luxurious and rustic and very charming. "It's pretty nice. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. "
