"The Bar at the hotel has the worst service I have ever seen at any hotel I have stayed at. We have experienced this on more than one occasion at this hotel. We have complained before but the situation has not improve. Employ more staff. "

"We arrived early after our overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags until our room was ready. When we returned, our bags had already been moved to our very spacious room. There were complimentary water bottles, toothbrushes and toothpaste along with the usual shampoo soap etc. After about an hour, they called to see if we needed anything.We’ve been very happy with the accommodations."

"It's a chic luxury hotel in a convenient central location, with a wonderous design concept. The employees are above and beyond helpful, kind, and genuine. The hospitality is truly world class. And the breakfast is everything! Avocado toast, espresso drinks, and an international variety. On the down side, the room was not very clean - small hairs and sand in the bathroom, generally dusty, handprint swipes... not the end of the world, but not world class. Another down side is the bed & pillow...
