"Great experience! Friendly staff, cleanliness, comfy bed! Only downside were the desk’s chargers didn’t work so my usb charge could not use. "We booked city view deluxe room, but the room is very small and no place to hang towels or anything in bathroom, and no room to store clothes so pretty much you have to keep all clothes in your suitcase due to no drawers. This hotel needs a remodeling, if you only stay a night or two is okay, for 5 nights or more not so much. All the staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Checked in early and our room was ready. Had a family room with king bed and sofa bed, not massive with the sofa bed made up, but plenty big enough. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge provided, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Decor is a bit tired but not in bad condition. Bathroom was lovely, very modern, spotlessly clean, amazing shower, and included things like spare toothbrush and shave kit if we needed it. Breakfast was great, really tasty and plenty...
