"It was my first time staying in a hostel and this was such an amazing stay! The rooms were clean and we had housekeeping everyday! This will be my go to spot every time I stay in London! It’s a fairly quiet are (minus your usually cars passing by) and the fellow residents are respectful when it comes to quiet time. There is a buffet for breakfast and it was quite enjoyable! "

"This is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, but we wanted to see London and didn't plan to lounge around in a hotel room. The staff was outstanding, friendly and went over the top to accommodate us and answer questions about the area and London in general. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to the Metro, a grocery store, and many restaurants. If we were to travel again to London, we would stay here again."

"Our room was great for a family of 4,a double and 2 singles. Basic shower room but excellent for the price especially given the location. Take a bit of time to explore locally for food etc"

"Check-in was easy. Desk open 24hrs. The room was small but as expected. Everything clean and decent for the price. We had a shared bathroom of which there were two on our floor and very clean. A basic, budget room and just what we needed. Good location and secure. "

"Nice central location, good size room. Reception was nice and allowed early check in. However, the furniture was super old, could do with new ones. Bed and floor was squeaky. Sometimes you can hear people walking around in the hallway. The bathroom from the room felt miles away but this was kept clean."

"It was very convenient as its close london bridge station and borough market. The stat was pleasant. Could do better on amenities as no towels were available when i requested one."

"Honestly, I was apprehensive at first. The staff seemed abrupt and unfriendly on the phone. In person they were very accommodating. The room was clean, nice and warm and spacious enough for what we needed. The TV being a smart TV was great and not something we initially expected. The only downside was the vibration of nearby trains until midnight (Paddington) but on the plus side it's easy access to transport. "

Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast. Luggage storage free (but no tags, and anyone can access luggage room). Would return."
