"The check in was easy and the staff was friendly and attentive. When we had trouble accessing the wifi, the front desk attendant was helpful and solved the problem quickly. Even though the hotel was near the highway, it was quiet. The room was clean and the pool and hot tub were refreshing and clean as well. "

"The staff was wonderful and the rooms were nice. However the pool is not heated and should be noted. To advertise a pool and review saying this is great for kids is very misleading. Most hotel pools are not freezing cold."

"Unit could have been slightly cleaner and there was some wear and tear, but overall it was a great experience. There was a big gap under the front door that caused a decent cold draft (we went in winter). However, the property is incredible, would go back. "

"It is a lovely property if… you get what is pictured… they have a historic part of the Inn beautiful but not what was pictured on this website … but to their credit they did ..with some help by Expedia arrange for us to have the more modern suite … and it was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had period …from the claw-footed tub to the view out of your balcony of the harbor very worth the stay just make sure what you booked is accurately represented and you won’t be disappointed. "

"We ended up not being able to go on my daughter's "Sweet 16" trip due to illness. Friday Harbor Suites worked with Expedia to cancel our reservation and refund our trip. I am extremely grateful to them!! They took a very sad/hard situation and made it bearable! I hope to reschedule our trip soon!"

"This is a lovely property and staff excellent. But room is cluttered with nice things hindering movement. Pitiful bathroom stall. And high beds. Still beautiful view, good menu and nice location. Congrats to staff and management for doing superb job with what they have. "
