Ely the staff member on shift when we checked in was phenomenal. He as so kind, very helpful in our needs, and made sure we had a good stay. Give that man a raise, a bonus, or at least a freaking candy bar; he deserves it!!

My stay at the Quality Inn in Mount Vernon, Washington on December 11th and 12th, 2024 was excellent. The two staff members at the front Desk, Marlene and Rubio were very helpful, informative, efficient, friendly and excellent. Gabriella who was the Continental Breakfast chef prepared an incredible breakfast feast for everyone in the morning. She had a very friendly smile, disposition, and nature. My housekeeper, Bascilia, was very patient with me for requesting a late check out time. My room was excellent upon my arrival. If it says pet friendly on Expedia they should not deny your pet when you get there because there wasn’t a room for pets available…there should be a way to choose that on the site so you don’t find out it’s unavailable after you have paid and possibly arriving late at night. Also, we booked not only because it was pet friendly, but because it had a pool, which we discovered was out of order after arriving …. Very disappointing
