"When we arrived the code we received did not work, we had to sit on the phone for 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to figure out a code with the after hours help line. For what it’s worth, the help line was super friendly and did everything in their power to help. When we got in all the art work was missing off the walls. "The main bed is in the loft and the steep angle of the roof makes getting into bed an adventure as we are over 70. Cabin was ok but a few cobwebs and some dog hair on loft floor."

"This is property is a Thousand Trails campground that accepts non-members. It’s clean, quiet and friendly. We went during the off season, so the pool and store were closed. That isn’t mentioned anywhere on the hotels.com website, or on the property website, so do your research before booking. We rented a cabin, and were expected to strip the beds, sweep floors and put all trash in the dumpster prior to checkout, or we would be charged a cleaning fee.
