VIC, THE MANAGER, COMMITED FRAUD.
A 14 stay was booked and paid for in full on Hotel.com for a particular room for my elderly mother. My mom gets checked in to the appropriate room and settled in for evening. The next day, VIC, the supposed manager informs my mom she will either have to move to a far less accommodating room AND pay an extra $30 a night or leave BECAUSE there was a room mix up. She refused to move rooms and pay the extra fee so we checked her out the next day. Hotel.com refunded the remainder of the stay. After checking out, a day later, VIC then charges another extra $100 to my debit card without my permission. Called VIC, who refused to refund the money he wrongly charged. Filed fraud with my bank.
So, VIC not only proved the worst customer service I have ever encountered, VIC committed FRAUD. The front desk staff is great though. But I would HIGHLY recommend staying anywhere else.
