"The hotel was well situated and offered lovely accommodations. A minor maintenance issue in the bathroom with the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. The bar snacks in the rooftop bar were very delicious. We stayed an extra day and had the buffet breakfast. This was terrible. They constantly ran out of every food. The queue to check in was very very long and we could only check in at 4:30pm instead of 3pm due to the queue and room wasn't available yet. BUT the hotel has the arrival room so you can wait while having free coffee. Service need to be improve on the check in. I travelled a lot but never seen that bad. "
