"Beautifully appointed with all the trappings of a luxury hotel. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just perfect with the pool having the additional benefit of a powerful jet stream facility for ‘never ending’ swims. Krakow is a wonderful city and the H15 hotel matches its beauty and situated less than 5 minutes from the main square."

"The hotel staff customer service was excellent. The room is spaceous. The only complaint is the shower getting shower can be dangerous with high difference when step out of the shower. There are no handle if someone is older or have mobility problem. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond. Good quality selection with individual order option. Great hotel. 5 star !!"

"We stayed at this property for six nights and had a wonder stay. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated - adjacent to the old town square with tons of dining, shopping and sightseeing all within a few steps of the hotel doors. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean and comfortable. "

"I travel extensively and this must be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The furnishing and decor are modern, clean and faultless. The room is very comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This hotel is ideally located for tourist attractions with the Old Town square within a 3 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow. "

"Had such a lovely stay. We booked a deluxe room which was very nice, furnished well and had the finishing touches you would expect. The only small issue was the temperature of the room being too high despite the AC being on the lowest setting. as we were out exploring the city for most of the day it wasn’t too much of a problem therefore I didn’t flag it with the staff so haven’t knocked off any stars for that. "Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "

"OMG. Really OMG. From the time I arrive to the time I departed it was an absolute pleasure. So I arrive after 2pm and my room is ready and cozy The hotel is located on the Main Street of the old town and 100m away from the main square.
