"Enjoyed a 3 night stay, staying in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. Noise can be heard from the trams & traffic but the ear plugs help. There were a few issues with a faulty hairdryer & the tablet that controls the lights & aircon wouldn't recharge but there were some nice touches such as the prosecco & non alcoholic drinks in the fridge. The rooftop terrace & jacuzzi is a great addition & we spent a couple of hours up there enjoying the views on a beautiful sunny afternoon. The choice for breakfast was great & the hot food was cooked to order & arrived very quickly. All the staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. "

They organised trips and taxis for us and looked after our luggage when we arrived early from the airport and left late for our flight home. We would certainly stay there again."

Room had everything we needed; iron and ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of hot and cold options as well as extras you could order with no extra cost. Would definitely stay again"
