"I had a great stay at this hostel. The entrance to the hostel seemed a bit dodge to start with but once inside it really is a beautiful hostel. The living area was great, the kitchen has everything you needed. Tea and coffee were complimentary all day and the breakfast in the morning was also included, the selection was small but enough, a few cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, spreads, biscuits etc. the rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. "Good hotel, right near the tram line. Helpful staff. No kitchen facilities in the room (not even a cup, cutlery, a kettle), had to go to a kitchen on a different floor. "

"The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, our room was in the third floor and we had a heavy luggage. I called customer service and finally they agreed to change the room to the first floor. It was nice as there is no one at the hotel to help carry the luggage upstairs. The room was clean with private bathroom. Each floor has shared kitchen with coffee and tea, so it was nice to have a coffee in the morning. I would stay there again for the price I paid, but only floor 0-1. "

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. "The hostel is located quite far from the city center and the Old Town. However, it is adjacent to academic buildings and friendly greenery. There is a large park right behind this area. The building can accommodate many people, so noise should be expected at higher occupancy. The neighboring building houses the reception and a small restaurant.
