"lovely little place to stay, central location within easy reach of the centre. We checked in on the last day of the Christmas markets which is a great time to visit Bath. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Especially loved the en-suite which had a roomy walk-in shower and heated floor. Could be a bit more eco friendly though, the bar of soap was changed daily, as were the single-use mini bottles of toiletries. "

"We stayed here for my husbands birthday weekend Joss welcomed us like family. The room and serivce was amazing We was made to feel so welcome. Joss had a card sent to our room for jons birthday Which was a lovely touch. The area is stunning and so quiet. "Staff were a delight the entire stay. Room (1) was beautiful and clean, with windows on 3 sides (excellent for a breeze), lovely roll top bed, comfy mattress and very nice modern bathroom.
