"PROS: Fairly new, well-maintained property. Staff were friendly, very helpful. Breakfast choices were amazing! Good location - walking distances to shopping. CONS: Deluxe Room - very small, would not choose this again, suitcase goes into the bathroom, no room for other large suitcases. Our room had lots of background noise (equipment - possibly air-conditioning), we asked for other rooms and got them, however, our 16 year old daughter and her friend did not get their room till 11.30 pm. ...

I was a little upset that my door jammed locked and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and they didn’t offer much empathy and no compensation, but I understand they don’t have to do that. The AC didn’t ever go below 22 celcius which won’t be pleasant for those that like it cold at night. Very nice toiletries and bathrooms. Pool area is gorgeous and the bar food and drinks were great.
