"We had a good experience overall. However, the valet parking most definitely a surprise. There was no self parking, so I was forced to pay $52 a day for valet parking. The staff was pleasant. Everything was clean. However, there was some language barriers with the housekeepers who did not speak English."

Room was great though bathroom is large but badly organized with no door on the toilet area and a huge tub but a tiny shower - and no real shade on the bathroom to the bedroom. For the price (and I had the no discount or air miles price) those things should be fixed."

"Check was confusing- property was not explained to us. Service was just okay - they were very rude about wanting people out of the pool as soon as the sun went down which does not make sense for this type of property. There was no shuttle service for the area. Not a five star property. "
