"When we arrived we were given a room upgrade, but that appeared to mean only that we were on the top floor(6), as there was nothing larger about the room. It’s still a very nice room and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Lots of nice toiletries offered as well. The gentlemen who checked us in (Marcus, I think) was very accommodating and told us about all of our options at the hotel during our stay, from the spa to Sunday tea. "I've stayed here a few times. Decent option when you have lots of people. The more people the more its worth it Pros: house size, safe location, waterpark, clean, convenient Cons: staff couldn't get wifi in house to work, also couldn't get the directv to work either. So literally nothing worked on any tv in the house. Wasn't a huge deal for me (this trip) but the directv has only worked 1 time of the 3 different stays I've had at this place and this time the wifi didnt work at all either so...
