"Nice elegant hotel, one big problem related to windows and doors that are not soundproof, it seems that you are sleeping with doors and windows opened, extremely uncomfortable, all other issues from location to hotel and services are very good indeed"

Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."
