"Not a fully modern property, Hotel Accademia‘s strength is its excellent staff. For our long stay, we enjoyed every interaction with staff members. In Florence, I would stay there again if they fixed the breakfast up a bit. Lacking any warm items like scrambled eggs or complements, the breakfast is largely bread and cake with side items like yogurt and fruit or nuts.
