It’s super slow (whenever works) and it drops every 5 minutes. I complained to the staff and reception and they couldn’t do anything to fix it. The toilet doesn’t work well either. "Great hotel in Rio, especially for the value and location. Great views of iconic landmarks in Rio and the hotel is so convenient. The staff were great and responsive to all needs. I didn't use the spa amenities, but several of my friends did and raved about the services. My only gripe would be the occasional lapse in housekeeping, but honestly, even that was few and far between. I'd recommend Yoo2 and even stay here again. "

"This is my favorite get away in Rio. The grounds, pool area and buildings are just perfect. I hope they never change a thing. We checked in early and never left the hotel for 24 hours as the restaurant and bar on site are perfect. Thanks for an amazing time, and we will be back soon! "
