They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. We got to the hotel at 10 a.m., and without even asking, they gave us an early check-in—no extra charge, no questions asked. On the day of our departure, they also offered us a late check-out, and even helped coordinate reliable driving services for us during our stay. That level of service is rare, and it made everything so much smoother. The room itself was super spacious and perfect for a group. We stayed in a double queen room, and it comfortably fit four people. It never felt cramped, which is such a win when traveling with others. The location is also unbeatable just steps away from Pavilion Mall and right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get anywhere. Now let me talk about the room service because it deserves a moment of its own. Honestly, hats off to the chef. I ordered breakfast five days out of the seven I was there, and every meal (including lunch and dinner) was fresh, delicious, and delivered quickly. It’s the best room service food I’ve ever had, hands down. Plus, it was affordable which you can’t say about most hotels of this caliber. "

"The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the train station. However, I mostly used Grab. The swimming pool and gym were very modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Malaysian food. I was very satisfied overall."

"I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "
