"I had a lovely stay at the Shangri-La KL. The staff are all wonderful, in the dining room, lobby, room attendants. Lovely turn-down service, and many water bottles provides in the room. Fantastic pool. Rooms are fairly quiet especially given proximity to busy roads, with extremely good black-out curtains. Highly recommended. "

Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm."
