"This was our first time staying at this St. Regis. What a lovely hotel. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were super friendly. We did high tea which was a treasure, ate at The Garden Room and enjoyed breakfast on our balcony. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows soft. The only downside to the entire stay was the room was so incredibly hot. They did bring a fan and we were told it would be fixed but it was not.
