"I stayed on the 11th floor. Bathroom needs to be upgraded, shower wasnt great but ok. Also they charge you not only for room service which you expect but a $5 Tŕay service, which I had no idea what that was for, what do they expect it to be delivered to on , Hands! The bed was comfortable and I slept well, could hear the people in the other room at times. Also the bar shut early around 9pm or 9.30pm and the resturant and bar were closed on Sunday, its a hotel , it should be open for its guest....

"It's close to the river which is awesome, but it's a bit far from the city. Nothing much to do around the hotel. The staff at the counter didn't tell us where all the facilities are, and there is no information board anywhere. We need to ask to find them. Room is nice and roomy, also got free update to the river view which we appriciate. Shower is nice and hot. Also like the idea using the filter water tap instead of bottle water."

"- Staff was prompt and accomodating - Restaurant staff was helpful and pleasant to ask for water, or kitchen utensils - Gym & Fitness Room was well equipped for a hotel gym, very impressed. - Room was tidy and clean, bring your own lotion, but it has body wash and shampoo in the washrooms. Overall enjoyed the stay, nothing bad to say about this hotel. "

"At first after I checked in I opened the door and was put off by stains on the carpet and chair. Hotel definately looks worn down. I had 2 super thin pillows on my king size bed. Phone did not connect to reception. I would have checked out but was prepaid so went to reception. Very nice, apologetic and helpful. Got thick pillows soon after. The bed was wonderful which made up for a lot Breakfast was great with loads of options. Gym well equiped. What turned out to be a major...
