"Absolute world class customer service. The staff are off the scale. The most delightful we’ve encountered anywhere!! Rooms were enormous. Moroccan breakfast was fresh and generous! The negatives? Rooms require more lighting and the rooftop sundeck needs to be freshened up!!"

The staff organized beautiful surprise upon our arrival for mt husbands 30th birthday, cake , wine , roses , and a beautiful message. Just to recap : The hotel is beautiful , service excellent. Additionally another thing standing out for us was the woman working at Concierge , she helped us defining our routes and plans for the days in Marrakech. Nothing to add everything was absolutely perfect ."

The rooms are exquisitely appointed, terraces sizable and perfect for breakfast or an evening tea or cocktail. The staff is impeccable, from head to toe, and in manner and knowledge. "Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed what was on offer. "
