"Lovely big hotel, only 10 mins from the airport. Great facilities, indoor pool was great for the kids, shopping mall next door. Only negative is the breakfast service - there were far too few staff and they were clearly overworked - we waited an age to get anything. It's also a bit school-canteen like, which is poor for a 5 star hotel. Overall, very good - would recommend. "

"The hotel is just beautiful. There are special things to discover everywhere. One of our favorites was the secret ice cream parlor in the magnificent garden. Orange trees complemented by the delicate scent of date and birdsong surround you. The staff is also incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. We were so sad when it was time to leave."

"The perfect place to stay for a first visit to Marrakech. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff that make you feel like family. Great location, peaceful riad with all the comforts you need. Lovely roof terraces and pools. Close to all the sights but nice and quiet. Felt very safe all the time. The staff really make this place, a great team. "Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed what was on offer. "
