"Had a perfect stay. Excellent service from all staff. Clean facilities. Gym is huge and amazing. They upgraded my room and gave me a stunning view. I’m a solo traveler from the USA/Canada and had an amazing time in Egypt in part because hotel was such a nice home base. Highly recommend! No negatives other than don’t order the Caesar salad lol"

"Great hotel with beautiful view of the Nile and 5 minute walk to the museum. Nice staff and delicious food. I am vegan and feel grateful for the accommodations they made for me. I would suggest to add vegan options on the menu, including desserts. Also, the air freshener machine should be moved from close to the chairs in the lobby. I am allergic to strong scents and having it close to the chairs is not a good idea. I was sitting waiting for my guide and the strong scent was unbearable. I talked to the front desk and they mentioned they were going to move it. Overall my stay was amazing. "

"Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive. I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it. "
