"The service here is really good! They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us, had local suggestions for food and tours. Their English was good and they were very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, we are two active brothers and it filled us up, which is not easy to do. All the staff were very honest and helpful. The room to clean and comfortable."

"Doesn’t look like much from the outside, and the lower levels/elevator are somewhat sketchy, but the rooms themselves, and the rooftop patio were very nice. Good location, walking distance from the pyramids, and a good view of them from the rooms with balconies as well as from the roof. Food and beers were overpriced, and do NOT use them to book a cab… a taxi from the airport cost less than $20, but the hotel wanted $130 for the return trip! All in all, I would stay again."

"I'm so glad I booked this hotel. From the minute I checked-in I felt at home. The owner and all the staff members made me feel utterly at home. I had an unfortunate accident whilst walking the streets of Cairo where wet concrete fell on me. When I got back to the hotel the owner offered straight away to wash my clothes, he didn't even charge me. The hospitality is something else here! highly recommend, such nice people! "

"The staff was extremely helpful! - They booked all of our tours / drivers no matter what we wanted to do. It is was a little more than getting taxi/Uber, but we had the same drivers and got to know them which was so fun! - Breakfast was simple and the accommodates my husband's dietary needs of no gluten. - Our air conditioning went out the second night. They had a technician come to repair it that night even though it was late. - The views we're absolutely breathtaking from the rooftop....

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our room was comfortable and clean. The amenities were great! I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water daily. We enjoyed the poolside restaurant and service. The prices were very affordable. The Italian restaurant wasn't our favorite, but the breakfast buffet was super. We utilized the gym and sauna almost every day. We also booked a day tour to the pyramids through the hotel which was a great experience. I would stay at this hotel again."

Great place!

"When our taxi driver couldn't find the exact location of the hotel two of the front service staff were already looking for us on the street. The whole time we were there we received amazing customer service! Breakfast was the best we had in Egypt. Great location, can be a bit noisy at night but that's normal for Cairo."
