"This was a quaint and outstanding place to stay. We were in the oak three bedroom cottage and comfortable and nice. The location on the property was perfect and the staff was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with the service provided by Mercy. She was very customer oriented and helped us with dinner and transportation. This What is the best level of service provided Any place I ever stayed in my 45 years of travel. I would not hesitate to stay here again "

"First Class Service from the second you walk into the hotel. The staff are exceptionally well trained and operate as a real team in every aspect. World Class ! The location is perfect for walking around Stellenbosch. Although parking is limited outside, the hotel’s concierge/valet service is excellent. The apartment was spotless and really well furnished with everything we needed. It is very easily walkable with 5 mins directly to the V&A waterfront via the One and Only Hotel. "Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape...
