"Lovely property and staff. However, there is a overwhelming sulfuric/sewage smell issue, particularly in the bedrooms and the water that comes from the bathtub in the suite. The only solution is propping windows and doors open at all times. Though the smell may be attributable to the neighboring onsen facilities, the smell is too strong to be acceptable. If the Maples could figure out how to fix this, it would be a perfect stay."

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station.
