A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. "The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English.
