A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. Knowing that we are celebrating a special day, he even upgraded our room, which I am grateful for. It was very satisfactory to stay in this hotel. We are definitely coming back! "

"We had a great time staying at JW Marriott Seoul. It was our first time there and it was a very pleasant stay. Their staff were helpful and accomodating. There was one particular employee that helped us in the subway station when we got lost and we are so grateful. He even told others to make sure we got to our rooms safely that night.
