"There was nothing I liked about this property. The pictures in the ad on Expedia showed a different bathroom completely from what was provided. As well upon Landing in Seoul I received an email from the property telling me that they were unable to provide me with my original request of two bedroom each with three bedst. they were only able to provide two bedrooms with 1 having two beds and one having four beds there was no mention that we would be in a basement with shared common areas for sinks"

"Original service when I arrived was not that good but the room wasn't pretty good to condition besides a light being out over the jacuzzi."

"Staffs was friendly and helpful. Near to Sinnonhyeon station and Gangnam station. Lots of restaurants nearby."

"English speaking staff. Very helpful. Great location for Gangnam shopping - walkable everywhere. Bus (6009) stop to and from Incheon airport is only 100 meters away. Rooms are good reasonable if you are using only to sleep. I was out and shopping all day and used the room only to sleep. Rooms are outdated but gets the job done. "

"Gangnam Artnouveau is a older property and while it has a retro feel probably needs a bit of a face lift. But it was clean and convenient. The kitchen needed a new more dishes and utensils but we ate out mostly so not a great issue. The area was so convenient to the station and shops. Just a word of warning there are 2 hotels with the same name with a kilometre or so of each other so really easy to get the wrong one. "

"Wonderful little place in middle of Gangnam. Neat and tidy room. Small but everything you need is there. Not facing street so look for sign. Must use elevator and limited check in time but they have a self check in computer set up. Quiet but still in center of Gangnam."

"All expected amenities included, close walking distance to popular areas: restaurants and shopping, modest price, competent staff capable of English. Overall my stay here was very warm and comfortable and I'd definitely recommend to others interested in relaxing near Gangnam or even looking to travel to other areas of Seoul."
