"We loved our stay at the Charm boutique hotel, the breakfasts were great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The maids did a great job servicing the room. As we had already booked the best room with balcony as VIP guests we could not have an upgrade because we had booked the best room, so they left a bottle of prosecco in the room for us. My only gripe was the weather was lovely and to access our balcony we had to climb in and out of the window, as 68 year olds this was an issue, and...

"Clean hotel, communal areas are lovely and breakfast is great. Our room was not as I’d expected. It was small and was worn with chips in furniture and cold! I asked for extra bedding and this was provided, I was also offered a heater for the room as the radiator was not working. I can’t see how the room could have been described as delux double as it was an attic room and the sloping walls meant a mirror couldn’t be hung above the sink so shaving was difficult. "

"Stayed here with wider family, the staff are welcoming and being able to use the facilities before check in time is really helpful when the party is travelling from different places. The rooms were clean and the lounge area was spacious with a good menu. Breakfast food was good quality but service was slow and limited ‘help yourself’ item options (possibly it was busy and there was a lack of restocking). Overall we would stay again. "

"Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites.
