"Excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff greeting you everyday just walking down the hall and asking if you need anything. They go out of their way to not say no to your requests. The property is beautiful and very lively and it seems that many people from outside the hotel visit the pool and beach facilities. It is expensive for sure, but the quality is there."

"Burj view, breakfast buffet- this two options were amazing. Hallways smells old or smoking. For 5 star hotel would expect to be no smell, or fresh smell. Or again hallways need carpet to be removed."

Club Lounge was great, and well worth the extra - lovely comfortable, relaxed environment; friendly helpful staff; very good breakfast; good complimentary drinks, snacks and sushi in the evenings. Hotel, pool, beach were great. Safe, clean and beautiful. Only minor glitch was with house keeping: - no snacks in mini-bar for first 5 days of our stay (until we realised that there should be) - glasses never replaced after use; we had to call room service...

"Busy hotel with all different walks of people staying there . Best suited for adults 25-40 . The room was nice and cleaned daily, breakfast was the same everyday but very good , half board option was good as well .. construction can be heard and seen from your room, and at the pool but nothing unbearable. All in all I would give my experience an 8/10"
