"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful, providing just the right level of attention. The afternoon tea was nice, as was the spa area. There is a little wear and tear around the thermal bath, and some areas of the room weren't especially clean, but I would return. "

"This was a beautiful property in a quiet area opposite Henrietta Park but within minutes of walking to central Bath with its wide variety of restaurants and shopping options.
