"We visited Sunday 8th into Monday 9th December, to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We also sent an email, asking if there was opportunity for a room with a bath and possible upgrade but didn't hear back until checkin.Althoughh staff on reception were helpful and 'sympathetic' there apparently, was not the option for upgrade but instead, acknowledged my husbands's birthday with a nice bottle of red and a late checkout.
