"Clean hotel, communal areas are lovely and breakfast is great. Our room was not as I’d expected. It was small and was worn with chips in furniture and cold! I asked for extra bedding and this was provided, I was also offered a heater for the room as the radiator was not working. I can’t see how the room could have been described as delux double as it was an attic room and the sloping walls meant a mirror couldn’t be hung above the sink so shaving was difficult. "

"Superb Hotel in St.Leonards. The landlady gave us our keys and explained a few things. We were on the top floor (no lifts as explained in description) with a lovely clean room and a free standing bath, mini fridge, tea making facilities etc. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was made upon request, everything from full english, pancakes, veggie breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, a great choice. Hotel is about 10 minutes to pier and 25 minutes to Hastings old town. Will come back again...
