"Some parts of the hotel appeared to be closed but (bar on the first floor). Also the exercise room was a bit small and one of the machines was broken but over all our room was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will come back again."

The morning receptionists who checked us in and out was so sweet and courteous and the gentleman who helped us with our bags was so helpful. The restaurant Hook has great views and the cocktails are amazing. The food wasn’t great, I order my steak Medium and it came out fully cooked and dry. Our server was awesome she was very attentive.
