"The Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area. The room was clean and fresh, even if a little dated. The hotel itself was in a great location away from all the action, really easy to just go to be and go to sleep. AVOID THE PEMEX gas station that is just up the road, at all costs their attendants will pump air into your tank instead of gas and charge you a premium for it, the numbers roll over but nothing comes out of the hose."

"The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, newly renovated. New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax. Hotel located close to catedral, shoping areas and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff."

"In general it’s a good hotel. The staff is gentle. Negative points: the pool water is cold as well as the “hot tube”. We chose the hotel for the hot tube but couldn’t ever use it. "This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The staff are great and rooms are large and comfortable with king size beds. The hotel is pet friendly, but wanted 950 pesos for our dog for a one night stay which was more than the cost of the room.
