"What an incredible place to stay—the photos truly don’t do it justice! My husband and I booked an upgraded room, but from the moment we arrived, we were treated to an exceptional experience. Check-in was seamless, with friendly and welcoming staff. The valet parking was a fantastic touch, making everything effortless. To our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite for the night—what an absolute treat! The suite was breath taking, featuring a private hot tub, a stylish lounge and bar area, a massive bedroom, and a stunning bathroom complete with a separate bath (with a TV!), a rain shower, and even a steam room. It truly felt like a night of pure luxury—we couldn’t have asked for more! The food and drinks were absolutely perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were back in the originally booked room for the 2nd night (Penthouse was booked out) but we were not disappointed with this room either, as it was still lovely. The beds were very comfy too. If we find ourselves in Southport again, we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for a truly unforgettable stay!"

"I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their exceptional service was truly the highlight of my stay. The amenities are fantastic! The pool was pristine and perfect for a relaxing dip, while the hot tub was an absolute treat after a long day of exploring. In summary,this hotel exceeded all my expectations with its outstanding staff, luxurious pool and hot tub, and top-notch spa services. I can't wait to return! "

"I think the best experience was EVERY member of staff we spoke to, were extremely friendly, understanding, helpful, organised, extremely polite, knowledgeable and keen to please. Whoever does the staff training here, is to be applauded. However, not one member of staff we spoke to, and there were 7 in total, made us feel they were giving us 'automated or rehearsed ' answers. Overall, the staff seemed naturally very happy to be there and so it shone through the whole evening. The kitchen staff who came out to be applauded, looked a very happy bunch of people. The food was of the highest class with an amazing attention to detail, something akin to what you might see on Masterchef! Well done The Villa at Wrea Green....twas our first visit and sleep over....won't be our last! We are booked in for Sunday lunch next week!"

"We stayed overnight as we were going to a concert. We had a family room, although a great idea my teenager son was too tall for the bunk bed. They provided a camp bed for him. It was a decent size room, comfy bed and a decent shower!"
