"A nice enough overnight stay to attend a 40th birthday celebration. Looking at the hotel interior I would guess it was built in the 1980's and has not had much ( if anything ) done to it since. It is tidy, warm and perfectly adequate, simply dated. Our T.V did not work but this was a small issue for us. We heard from other guests that this was an issue for them also."

"This was our second stay at this property and we are fans. It’s a great location for visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, the theaters there, and the historical sites. The staff is outstanding - they have helped us book car service when we’ve needed it and answer oddball questions when we have those. They are very concerned with food allergies at the restaurant and you may even be asked about those allergies multiple times, it’s kind of sweet.
