"We stayed overnight with friends in another room. Enjoyed a meal in the restaurant which was nice. Breakfast was also very enjoyable. Bar closed at 10pm although signage indicated it would be open till 11 it wasn’t a massive issue but why put a sign up if it’s not the case."

"A very nice stay. Though the rooms are above a pub, it was a quiet sleep. No on-site parking, but right across the street there is a municipal parking garage which wasn't too expensive. The Cathedral is a very short walk. The inn provided a nice continental breakfast. The pub scene was quite nice...the locals were friendly and welcomed this American."

"Charming and lovely property and owners. Our room was so comfortable and elegant that I'm considering decorating one of our bedrooms to match. Tiny little touches like fresh cookies each day and returning to our room with soft music playing on the radio elevated the experience. I wish that we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back. We enjoyed the breakfast, what a great way to start the day! The tasting menu and service at dinner was exceptional. "My wife and I chose The Porch House for our 2 night stay in November becuase we perceived the common areas to be comfortable places to spend some down time in the Cotswolds. We were not disappointed. The Inn is very comfortable and the bar was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit small. Overall I am glad we stayed theyre and would definitely stay there again if searching for a room."
